My belief towards anyone facing mental health issues is that nobody is broken, but simply stuck. As such, my role lies in helping clients respond to their struggles in a way that is in line with their values. This is guided by my primary approach of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Having worked in private and government mental health facilities as well as hospitals, I am experienced in adapting to the individual needs of my diverse clientele. I am also trained in psychological assessments, which I believe to be an important step in the treatment of any condition or difficulties. Besides that, I have enjoyed conducting talks on mental health for corporate and non-profit organizations.
